He couldn't stand being held accountable for the National side slump. I don't think it is fair to blame him but the blame should be on the manager who has no balls to either drop him or make a darn decision in the first place. Did you see him in the stands? He had a look of disgust on his face.. like " I'd rather be at home playing with monopoly with real money :-)"
Real money indeed. He should shut up and live with it. It's not whether or not he plays. He should be in full support for his country's side. No?
