Are Barcelona about to raid the cookie jar again with a £15M bid for Frank Lampard? If they do who are these teams going to replace these fine players with? Not to mention Barcelona are going to be stronger than they were when they won the Champions League. At least for a few years. Then again Real Madrid tried this practice and didn't win anything for 5 years. Let's wait and see.
