Stupid Rule UPDATE...

FIFA is backing down from its ban on international soccer matches in Bolivia's Capital of La Paz. Now if they will only trash the rest of this completely useless rule. What the hell were they thinking?

    It's just stupid. I think they passed this rule because Ecuador and the like win a few more matches at their home fields because of the thin air.
